Partly cloudy but not enough. Ran 28 miles from Lincoln to Valparaiso. Ran out of water with two miles to go and death-shuffled into town to find my H.S. Pal Ricky waiting for me. He had driven over from Cedar Rapids. It was good timing as town offered no services.

ReplyDeleteWe were out running today at 4:30 and it was hot! We did 5, cannot imagine 28! How you keep it up, I will never know.
Thinking about driving out and running a half day or so with you this Sunday if you would find that helpful. You have any idea of where you will be? Do you still have my email from this weekend?
